Raymond James Wins Large Texas Financial Advisory Team

Raymond James has brought over one of the largest wealth management teams to its embrace this year.

Raymond James, the US financial advisor organization, has brought over a group of advisors in Dallas, Texas. Alongside other joiners, they oversee about $835 million in client money.

The advisors who have joined Raymond James Financial Services – the firm’s independent broker/dealer - are David A McBee Jr, Michael M Mikeska, Michael Peschel and Brittany D Smith .

On joining Raymond James, the advisors have formed Wealth Partners Alliance alongside fellow founding partners and financial advisors John Saalfield and Rick Lima, who joined RJFS from UBS in February. As well as the $835 million in private client assets overseen by WPA, there are $385 million in institutional assets under advisement. Additional WPA team members include Jennifer Gaskin, WPA director of operations and RJFS office manager, Lindsey Heyman, WPA vice president and RJFS advisor, Courtney Andring, client service manager, and Lauren Thompson, client service associate.

McBee has over 20 years of financial services experience as an advisor at Wells Fargo. WPA founding partner and RJFS wealth advisor Mikeska has been in financial services for more than 28 years and has worked at firms including Prudential, Wachovia and Wells Fargo. 

Peschel, WPA founding partner and RJFS wealth advisor, has been in the industry for more than 23 years and has spent the bulk of his career at Wells Fargo, where the four partners previously worked as a team together. Smith, WPA partner and RJFS wealth advisor, has more than seven years of financial services experience at Wells Fargo and previously in institutional retirement sales and consulting.

Wealth Partners Alliance is also affiliated with Concurrent Advisors, an advisor-owned partnership of independent practices affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services.
